By accessing or using ecomscout.com, the EcomScout Chrome extension, or any related APIs and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Purchased plans and reports are delivered digitally. Delivery is considered complete once the content is made available through the Services.
Since our products are delivered digitally and are available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you believe there was an error with your purchase or are unsatisfied, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

All content, design, branding, reports, analytics, and software comprising the Services are the intellectual property of EcomScout or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of purchased plans.
Store data displayed on the platform is derived from publicly available sources. EcomScout does not claim ownership of third-party store data.
The EcomScout Chrome extension is provided free of charge and "as is." It is subject to the Chrome Web Store Terms of Service. You can uninstall the extension at any time via your browser settings.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you are a store owner and wish to have your store removed from our public directory, you may contact us at [email protected]. We will delist the store from public listings, add a noindex directive, and restrict API access. Delisted stores are flagged but data is retained internally for operational integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomScout and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcomScout from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
